Prof. Allan Widom (Northeastern University, Boston, MA, Dept. of Physics) and Lewis Larsen (CEO of Lattice Energy LLC) have published a technical paper on the arXiv preprint server that offers an alternative explanation for many anomalous phenomena that have been aggregated under the label of "cold fusion." The theory proposed in this paper: (a) falls solidly within the established laws of physics; and (b) does not involve any D-D or D-D-like fusion.

This site features a library of papers on LENR, Low Energy Nuclear Reactions, also known as Cold Fusion.
